About the Author

Chelsea Brehm is an entrepreneur, brand builder, conscious parenting advocate, and founder of Conscious Creator and the I See You Parenting model — a heart-centered framework designed to help families raise secure, confident babies and toddlers.

After years of building businesses and leading brands, motherhood inspired Chelsea to begin a deeper journey of healing, self-discovery, and emotional awareness. Through navigating single motherhood, personal transformation, and her own experiences of feeling unseen, she created I See You Parenting — blending lived experience, neuroscience-informed research, ontological coaching, and heart-centered practice.

Today, Chelsea helps parents build stronger emotional connection, trust, and resilience within their families from the very beginning.
